To ensure we maintain that quality our franchisees are required to provide products 
to you through approved supplies.  

All of our Ink Cartridges and Laser cartridge supplies must be approved by Head Office for 
quality assurance. Should any product not perform to the level it is designed  or you think 
you have been provided with an inferior product please do not hesitate to forward the 
product to Head Office for assesment, and you will be provided with a quality replacement 
or refunded by your local operator.

We only use fully imported Vibrant Lumina Inks, which have been design to provide as good
or better results than the oem cartridges.  We test each refill in your printer on completion
and provide you with a 14 day upgrade warranty
